In today's video, I am making lilac jelly to preserve for my family. With the ever increasing food prices, I am always looking to stock our pantry shelves for free or cheap.
We are a large gluten-free homesteading family. We strive to grow, raise and preserve a lot of what we eat to avoid cross-contamination and gut-related issues. We make most of what we eat out of one ingredient foods. That means we take simple ingredients and put them together in fun and tasty ways that don't break the bank.
