My favorite part of Pest Infestation is the, "up to, " text. Meaning you can even cast it for whatever amount, and only destroy whatever you so choose (I.E. not forced to blow up your stuff)

Ashnod's Altar + Trudge Garden + Any Blood Artist Effect is an instant kill combo as well.

The Witherbloom deck is by far my favourite, and I love the direction they’ve taken Black/Green in with the lifegain synergies.

On a slightly different topic, one potential way to buff white in commander would be to take it in a similar direction to the Witherbloom deck - lifegain payoffs that aren’t just putting counters on creatures. Reducing the cost of spells etc

In all the Facebook Commander Groups they wanna play Gyome as a Ratatouille Deck with Rat Colony. I think this fits as a two color Rat Commander.

I love how narrow these new green cards are! They're powerful but only in specific lists, wotc is actually listening about the power levels of colors.

The witherbloom deck really surprised me and is my 2nd favorite precon behind the Lorehold deck!

Correction on pest infestation, it says "up to x" so you don't need any artifacts to target. Which in commander is rarely an issue anyways.

Golgari is definitely the favorite even though I don't like the commander. Also, the reprints in this deck are sweet.

I am not sure how much I like this connection between the sets and the C21 decks. On one hand it seems cool that there are so many synergistic cards and the colleges get to play out. But on the other it feels kinda artificial and designed to do that. Like they designed the deck for you wanting to buy packs to make those inclusions.

Tivash seems best to me in Oloro. Garenteed 2 life a turn due to eminace. So you always get a 2/2 flier for free

Marshland bloodcaster's effect is something I have been wanting on a commander for a while. A way to utilize life to play things, I been wanting to build a life gain life loss type commander deck! If they do make a Commander like that, I kind of hope its a Abzan colors!

Gyome is actually very powerful, if you abuse an etb like a grave crawler combo you can potentially make infinite food in one turn. From there the options are limitless. You could Ironworks the tokens for mana, or culling ritual them for mana and go off with a huge x spell. Or utilize all the food with gyome and go boardwipe tribal. I think gyome is extremely strong, and going to see alot of play

Cauldron familiar synergizes nicely with gyome. You sac the cat and return it for each food token you have and then make those food tokens again on your endstep
