What is a Chi2 test? And how is the Chi-Square test calculated? That's what we will discuss in this video.

The Chi-Square test is a hypothesis test that is used when you want to determine if there is a relationship between, two categorical variables.

But how do we calculate the Chi2 test?

There are two ways we can calculate the Chi2 test:
Either we use a statistical software like DATAtab or we calculate the Chi2 test by hand.

i think when we are using categorical variable, in hypothesis building we do not use the term relationship we use association, and when we are using quantitative variable we use relationship.

Thank you for the video. I have tried to use your same easy-to-follow 'style' in my book 'From Data to Insights: A Beginner's Guide to Cross-Tabulation Analysis' which will be published in July (2024) with Routledge. Perhaps it might interest you. Regards.
