It’s another beautiful day and today im going to share with you another super easy meal on a budget and under 30 minutes, a traditional picadillo! ‼️‼️don’t want it to be spicy? Skip on the jalapeños and Serrano pepper
**add the tomatoes and peppers on a saucepan, cover with water, set over medium-high heat and bring to a boil
Ingredients:
For the sauce:
4 Roma tomatoes
2 jalapeños
3 serranos
1/4 onion
2 garlic
1 tbsp bouillon
1 tsp oregano
For the picadillo
1/2 onion
2 lbs lean ground beef
1 tbsp chili powder I used New Mexico
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp black pepper
Salt I used 1 tbsp
3 small diced potatoes
8 oz chopped baby carrots
1/4-1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup peas
1 cup sweet corn
2 Mexican squash
1 serving of love💕
