4th Gen Best Vocalist is ATEEZ Jongho but the reason why TREASURE is number 1 in vocals is because they have 4 members who can support notes (Yedam, Jeongwoo, Jihoon, Junkyu) and 5 members who is vocally strong (Vocal line including Mashiho). Their subvocals are good too (Asahi, Junghwan, Doyoung) while their rappers can sing. Periodt
