I just found on another pdf that you can't have touch screen laptop, it can't be surface or have detachable keyboard that's why it didn't work for me.

Yes, just had my desktop disconnected during the process… horrible experience! Use laptop! I don’t know if I will be able to retake exam - my desktop was so heavy and took ages to reload as it disconnected while trying to show my desk to proctor..

My exam was 5 AM Today. But the Onvue application always prompt to "Please wait while we prepare your exam". Almost 30 minutes I repeated and got new access code. But still the same prompt, I stuck with it.

My exam is this saturday but my OS doesn't meet minimum requirements. I don't know what to do, i'm not so computer savvy. HELP!

Hi, I am a Mac user but the file it always downloads is .exe which can;'t run on my mac. Is there is a link from where I can directly download the pkg file for mac

Thanks for the detailed explanation. I have a kid at home. He is definitely going to make noise although he will not come in to the room where I am going to take test. I believe its not a good idea for me to take test at home then?

I have the following same situation in 2 laptops: Windows 10 (Home/Pro), the downloader (software to test) pass all well, mic, bandwidth and video camera. But always in real time when I try to start the exam the video screen is blue for the proctor, but in my side I can watch myself and even with the red text "recording". The 3 firewalls (domain, public, network) are down, same for the Windows Defender (own antivirus) all about VPN and Proxies are down too. What could be wrong?. Thanks for your support

i ve been traying to take the oracle oci foundations exam since a month ago end up every time with rescchedule until i was not able to take it and that because after doing the steps you shew the sys run check and taking fotos and so and so when i click begin exam it shows me a message saying invalid session would you end this session is no longer valid ... something like that it is such frustrating thing to happen to me have you any idea why this invalid session msg ?

After I launched the exam, the only thing I saw was a white screen
