When I received my charger from ordering it off of Amazon..the box was torn open.. does it come normally come with an instruction booklet? And without a booklet, when I plug in the charger it has a red light that goes around and around on the display screen is that normal...is it something that it does until fully charged? Also Thanks for the video... waiting on a reply.🤔

I charge my through a 60-watt panel int the lighter port it was faster than the plugin one.
