From someone who tried for six years before getting pregnant with my first (I went on to have a total of 3 successful pregnancies and beautiful babies), I am so excited for you. CONGRATULATIONS!! I pray a healthy, happy pregnancy and delivery when the time comes.

We told our families and friends, as soon as we knew, about each pregnancy, because we had tried for so long. There is a 5 yr gap between my 1st and 2nd child and we honestly thought we were only going to have just the one, but when I got pregnant with #2, #3 wasn’t a hard try at all. It took the first time we tried, and he is our miracle baby (another story in itself)!!

I went through 9 years of infertility. When I got the world's greatest surprise, I wasn't sure if I should tell anyone. My mom said I should shout it from the rooftops! All those people who would be celebrating with me would also be my support if something did go wrong. That just made so much sense.
Side note: Nothing important went wrong. She's now 14 and planning on being a marine biologist.

I had 2 kids in my 20’s easily, had trouble in my 30’s and had a miscarriage, then a rainbow baby who is now 6. And just got pregnant with my 4th at 39, just turned 40 (27 weeks pregnant).

As I followed along, watching you as you continued with your journey, it was bitter sweet. I had wished this into your life, and it came true. My husband was run over as a young child and doctors told him mother that he may never be able to father children. We tried for almost 2 years and then lost that baby to miscarriage at 9 weeks. We went on to have four healthy boys who are grown now ( 30, 29, 25, 22) and our 29yo and his wife are expecting and our first grandbaby will be here in March! So excited.

I'm so happy and excited for you! I also had 2 miscarriages, 1 I shared with family and friends and the other just happened 2 weeks ago and I only shared with hubby. I feel like its better sharing with at least a few key people to help have a support web of sorts. We have been trying for a little over a year and I joined the over 30 club last year so I have been anxious about that as well. I have been trying the ovulation tests every few cycles just to make sure my app is still roughly accurate but you are so right about it being more anxiety inducing than anything!! I can't wait to follow you on this last pregnancy journey and am cheering you on!
