This is actually quite a popular haunted painting called "love letters".
It has always been considered haunted because owners report hearing a little girl's laughter and footsteps running around their house at night. I comented this on the video of the driskill hotel as well, but here's my theory-
We've already speculated in the past that all these "little girl" ghosts might be the same puppeteer entity. But to materialize, the entity would need energy, right? So what if this puppeteer entity is coming as the form of little girls, because it's using the negative energy surrounding the painting as a base for manifesting?? This would also make sense as all the little girls are said to look similar or even identical as the painting.
