no storage in the bathroom, no closet, a huge window which is quite useless (cant be open) and I dont see where you can put a bed, a desk.... and no place to store or hang the clothes.... no way....

Even though I really like the big windows and the fact that this apartment is sunny, I don't think it's the best choice. There is no storage space, and the shape of the room makes it inconvenient for furniture placement. The fact that you have to walk through the shower to get to the toilet is not great either, especially if it's still wet. Additionally, the distance between the toilet and the shower is very small. I didn't see if there is a possibility to put a curtain between the shower and the toilet; otherwise, the toilet and toilet paper will also get wet 🤔

I love your inventive ideas for a book display on that little rack, and the apartment gets a lot of sunshine. But there are just too many drawbacks to this place, so nope. On the plus side, the downsides to this place might mean that we get more apartment hunting videos!

the bathroom set-up did save space for this one 😂. it s very much like the shower/bathroom you see on those van conversions. irregular shaped rooms gives you not a lot of options to arrange furnitures, so it looks smaller than they really are

You should look at the apartments under the train tracks. 3 sizes, has a cafeteria & of course, easy access to transportation.

While the elements and fixtures in this place are quite modern and even elegant (the sink is not even all that small), it is far too little, nightmarishly irregular in shape, no storage space at all. I was well acquainted with the concept of kitchenette, but now I know what a showerette looks like. And one more thing about these apartments with large windows along busy streets - how good is the noise isolation?

I don't know, but I think your current apartment is still better. I'm really amazed by apartments in Japan... maybe because land and house prices are very expensive, they are very clever at utilizing the available land.

I like the big windows. And its kind of funny that the toilet is behind the shower - at least it is not to see on the first sight.
I do not like so much, that there are no storages at all, especially in the kitchen area. Where to place the refridgerator? Where to put the dishes? Where to put a desk? Somehow, there is so much space next to the kitchenette, which maybe remains unused - since there is the door for the bathroom...

I don't understand the lack of storage...especially for toilet paper...in these micro units. There's so many different ways to add storage without losing floor space.

I love the way you can see the front door from the toilet. You can always put in temporary toilet paper storage above the toilet with some extension bars. And of course and everyone’s life there are times when you can’t make it to the toilet and you have an accident so it’s great that the shower is there first.
I would put sticky film on the windows you don’t need to see out there’s nothing to see and the light could still come in. Convertible furniture and it’s a pretty nice apartment. I’d give it a seven.

The bathroom is not ideal... You have to go through the shower to get to the toilet.
When I see this apartment, I think your own apartment looks even more beautiful.

It's a nice corner site with big windows but not much else. No storage, passing through the shower to get to the toilet, no laundry drying facilities and you put the fridge on the laundry stand so no washing machine either. I would go out and have a delicious lunch.
