Have you ever tried filled pancakes for lunch/dinner? Dinner plate sized thin pancakes with various meat fillings... Minced meat of chicken are great... It is very filling and relatively cheap... The best sweat pancakes are filled with a white sugar-cinnamon mix - just sprinkle a thin layer over a hot pancake... Pancake heaven! One obviously has to roll up these pancakes - with/without filling...
