This is so amazing and promising! Dr., I really nees to come see you. I broke my neck in wrestling when coaching, back in 2007 and had no idea I did until 18 months after. Now my Cs and Ts are whacked out and Im in constant discomfort, numbing pain. I carry around a LaCrosse ball and when standing I use it on hard surfaces. My gf is tired of having to give me "elbow" and I don't blame her but I can really really use the techniques Ive witnessed in your vids. Help and thank you! 🙏🏾😢❤
