I live in Texas we got ours in cow fields near Wichita falls. We filled up paper grocery sacks the tops were the size of a corn tortilla fold them in half dip in ranch dressing. I watched the walls melt away there was a huge pecan tree in the back yard with low branches that quickly turned into a jungle. My babysitter said I was talking about some deer or elk that began vibrating then changing into Brite colors then an owl landed on my shoulder turned it's head upside down either the owl or my friend said man you are F@#+Ed up I think it lasted about 4 hours .

First picture of cubensis looks like it could also be a dung-loving agrocybe. They are very similar. Amanita muscaria should not be compared to psilocybe mushrooms. Amanita muscaria doesn't contain any deadly amatoxins, nor does it contain any psilocybin. It is not generally considered psychedelic.
