This is so cool! You make me want to buy a house in Spain. My mom's side of the family has lineage to the Basque region, and I have had interest in researching where we come from. Would be super cool to buy a house in the town or village my ancestors migrated to Mexico from!

It is not 30 mins away, it is an hour drive from Valencia….

btw, there is now a new Oliva south motorway exit so if you don't want to go through the town, you can bypass it on the AP7.

Caesar Borgia, brother to Lucretia Borgia is buried on the Camino Frances in a town just outside of La Rioja under the front steps of a church in Viana!

If I hopefully do but a flat one day I would choose here or oliva. As a non driver Gandia makes more sense with train. If I did drive then maybe Pago?. Thanks for tour.

You should look up that word you’re saying, the ‘Beorges’… it’s a three syllable pronunciation… ‘Booj Wah Zi’.
