I'm so glad that the merchandise pie is an official feature now.

Aerospace engineer checking in. Dents in booster 7 will of course be under constant observation, but these dents not unusual as airliners are prone to same phenomena. Known as ‘oil canning’, the aluminum/stainless steel structure has degree of give when under lateral, vertical and horizontal stresses (airliners more due to the many cycles of pressurizing the depressurization throughput it’s life span). When stress is relieved this slight denting is somewhat expected, however, be assured this will be closely monitored after every firing and launch.

1:14:58 please keep this shot for when it launches!

Really hoping for 33 engine static fire this week, concrete be damned! 🙂

1:15 I predict that the full static fire will be a short test of the system. A full burn test will be more demanding than a launch on stage zero.

I don´t know if it requires to much effort but it will be nice if you could tick mark this "fat" video for each item or subject that you are addressing. Especially useful when you are watching it in "dead" mode (as opposed the the "live" mode)

Mass to orbit will become more important in the futur with 3d printing in space (to lift dense building materials)

NextSpaceFlight lists the next two potential Electron launches from Wallops as both being Tropics launches (Rocket Lab is now slated to carry Tropics, since Astra's launch in June failed to reach orbit). Neither one can happen earlier than May it says. I heard that the first Electron rocket is already here though (I live just down the road now, or one island over I should say). It could launch sooner, perhaps.... Negotiating all the red tape with FAA and NASA is tough, I'm sure.

Can the tower parts be for an oil rig ?

Sped up videos contain the ENTIRE video filmed content while time-lapse takes individual snapshots at certain intervals (such as one snapshot every 5 minutes) then convert the snapshots to a video (aka a fast slideshow) but does not contain all the filmed content that a continuous video shooting would contain.

Crossing my fingers hoping everything goes smoothly

I am surprised Thomas Burghardt said national security was a reason for launching from Wallops. New Zealanders are a fairly trustworthy lot, very committed to the Western Alliance.

Does anyone know about the Terran - 1 rocket yet? When it will launch?

I hope the concrete under that pad is ready.

SpaceX has already built `extra' tower segments at Cape Canaveral that you've seen on your flyovers. I think they aren't for a second Starship tower - instead they're going to be used for the crew access tower at SLC-40. Why build something different for SLC-40 when they already have a great tower production line?
