Luke Goode started the game out with 2 three’s as well as Dj Hughes who led the Wildcats in scoring through the game. Fletcher Loyer was outstanding today through the entire game, he had 14 first half points. In the second quarter Cj Gunn came alive with 6 points. Simmons for Homestead also had a strong second quarter and helped them carry the lead into halftime. In the second half Dj Hughes was still strong in the paint for LN, which helped them comeback to make it a tight game. In the fourth Loyer hit some more big shots as he carried Homestead through this one. Avance also had a huge quarter as he was aggressive getting to the paint and free throw line. Both teams fought hard which led to overtime where Homestead pulled out the 9-4 scoring quarter to finish the game.
