Honestly in Cho-Z it seemed like Aiga had to use dark resonance to beat Valt, because without the darkness I feel like Aiga would have lost. But that's just my take

Ranking of Valt and Aiger:

Cho Z/Turbo (Anime): Aiger clearly beat Valt al the ene of the series, both with their strongest moves. WINNER AIGER
Cho Z/Turbo (Manga): Aiger FP = Valt FP (Evolution Fully Awakened), and because of pure luck Achilles hit the ground after Valkyrie. TIE
Gt/Rise (Anime): Valt with Slash Valkyrie + Avatar + Gold Turbo + Wing Slash struggled against Ace Dragon + Avatar + Dragon Launch, whereas Achilles + Avatar + Full Gold Turbo + Infinite Breaker bursted Rock Dragon + Avatar + Semi Gold Turbo + Rock Crash. And even If Valt hadn’t shown his FP, Achilles would still have Power Mode and more powerful Moves.
WINNER AIGER
Gt/Rise(Manga): Valt stopped training and Delta and Drum where able to cath him, and it’s shown how Achilles, later in the manga bursted both Dragon and Diabolos at the SAME TIME. WINNER AIGER
Sparking/Surge (Anime): Mirage Fafnir + Mirage Claw = Brave Valkyrie + Brave Sword (Episode 9), and later we also see Infinite Achilles + Infinite Sword = Mirage Fafnir + Mirage Claw. That means that with their strongest moves at FP, they would be equal. But Achilles has more moves and modes, so because Achilles has more versatlity I would say that Achilles wins. WINNER AIGER
Sparking/Surge (Manga): Aiger stopped training, but even then he was confirmed to he Top 3 in the Manga, which ranks lower than Shu and Valt. Valt also started training a lot because of Lane’s power threat, which made him a lot stronger than before. He also created this system in the manga, so he knows how to get Valkyrie to go FP easily. Aiga struggled against the Hizasi Brothers, and Valt completely destroyed them. WINNER VALT
