the most beautiful icEnhancer ever made for gta 4 sometimes i just sit and stare at the game and look how beautiful it really is when its raining its the most awesome scene and it is the most realistic and awesome icEnhancer made for gta 4 if you have beast of a pc then you really should try this out after playing for sometime with this icEnhancer you will never feel like deleting it and or replace it with other enb's and icEnhancer out there really i rate this mod 10 on fucking 10 this really is worth checking out after installing this mod you can even compare it with next gen games it looks even more beautiful than gta v download this right now the sunset is damn beautiful in this mod.

The performance issues has been mentioned in one of the posts findable at the iCEnhancer Facebook page. Look up for them. One of them has the link to the config for low/mid end specs and the other states what parameters/setting to change

I think I have a problem with my game, first the only cars that spawn on the roads are taxi or police cars, and second I have a 2GB R9 270X and in the graphics options in the game it says I only have 367MB, WTF???? I cant crank up the settings because of that, can anyone help me please?
