Im a big knife guy also. Ive never really wished i had a smaller knife(when i do camp/building/survival or screwing around) ive always wishes i had a bigger one. Same when i do things with my vehicles, Ive never wished i had a smaller one. I would absolutely love to see some sort of a chopping test/ grading system for choppers/survival knives.

The digit 600 on the axe head means the weight of only the head in grams. STIHL is a German company.

Ochsenkopf makes some axes for Stihl in Germany. Not sure if Adler or any other German companies do.

I like the idea for larger knives. Maybe 3x3 for med. and 2x2 for smaller fixed blades so you’re not there all day. Though one size would be the best comparison.

I recon if you enjoy doing it, it makes a good video. Love hate videos don’t do much for me, it’s better when the viewer can make up their own minds, with a standard chop test with big knives and axes, people can do just that. Im Australian so some hard wood would be appreciated. You’ll always get criticism that’s a definite. 😂
