Great video! But isn’t brackets the term for the [square] version? The round ones are called parentheses...I think it’s helpful to distinguish because we often have to write parenthetical citations in our writing, and there they must be round parentheses (in APA and MLA, at least).

It's PEMDAS... Parentheses are (). Brackets are the square [] or the curly {} ones. Lol

Interesting... I know brackets/ parentheses are (). So I need to update my vocab/ visual reference. This could have been another obstacle in my search..

Brackets and Parentheses are distinct from the other.

It is an asterisk NOT an asteriks and they are asterisks NOT asteriks (again used)
