in that interview think t1 should talk about why they did not tell former t1 coach about his cheating history when t1 let him trial him

Ok but whether you believe he should be allowed to coach or not I think we can all agree - Cody McCloud is a badass name

I mean he got a 1yr ban and that ban is over so does it matter? We all make dumb decisions

Anyone who has a problem with this should have a problem with babybay, he was banned live for cheating in CsGO, changed his name came to valorant and has been welcomed into the scene with open arms.

Bro Faze Babybay has a VAC ban in CS GO

Should people who've cheated in the past get a second chance? Sure, if they earn it through integrity.

Babybay was also banned in csgo for cheating and look at where he is now

i mean if your talking about the coaches past what about the players like DaZed for the ibuypower scandal, like if you guys are giving him a chance then you should give the coach a chance too.

Congrats I dont think why that should matter. He's a Coach and there are numerous examples of past cheaters having a 2nd chance. Braexco former G2 Esports PUBG Player was banned on FaceIT for cheating in Counter Strike.
And he wasn't cheating in PUBG and still played some awesome matches. So why bother about an assistant coach in an entire different game after 3 years?

I'm not worried he got banned, I'm worried for his lack of experience in this kind of 5v5 setting 0_0

People caught cheating shouldn't be linked to any type of esport no matter the role. They ruined other players opportunities by using cheats, which means a lack of integrity. It also clearly shows they lack skill, since they have to resort to cheating. So what can a cheater really contribute to an organisation? And what is that organisation saying by hiring a cheater, especially when they know about it? They are saying that it's ok to cheat because you can get a dream job anyway.

Yeah people can change but if I’m T1 I’m not signing someone with a sketchy past to my tier 1 org. That could lead to people questioning the orgs integrity and it’s just not worth the fight, especially when T1 prob has other people to pick from without cheating history

Didn't this happen weeks ago? I thought I saw a video from this very channel talking about this a couple of weeks ago when this happened, or am I wrong?

Why can’t people forget about past on a game

But why is he even a coach, he has no coaching experience, nor does he have Tier one esports experience. He literally has nothing to offer to that team from the outside, especially when he's got a history cheating.

Most of the time yeah, although a guy like b1ggy who was banned for match fixing and cheating deserves no more chances

Hasn't S1mple been VAC banned before?
