My cat knocked down the Xmas tree when I was chasing her trying to catch her when I was a little kid lol. She sadly passed away from cancer back in summer 2012 (rip Macy (1997-2012))

One cat of mine would slap the other ones if they went near the tree, he was older and from earlier years knew the tree was an off limits thing. Though since getting cats, only lights, garland, and plastic ornaments were ever used.
