Bridge Rectifier Testing | KBPC2510 | KBPC3510 | KBPC5010

Bridge rectifiers like KBPC2510, KBPC2505, KBPC3510, KBPC5010 are just four diodes, you test these bridges the same way you would a diode. The way it is made you can test each diode separately.

You should have about a 0.5 to 0.7 V voltage drop across each diode one way and no reverse flow.

I made a 48 volt 15 Amps Lithium battery charger where I used KBPC5010 rectifier after a 40 volt 25 amps toroidal transformer. I used 100V 30, 000 uF capacitor for filtration. For adjusting the Voltage and current after that, I used a 1200W DC DC boost converter. After 2 minutes, the rectifier got really got and Starts burning (smoke coming out). It happened with 2 rectifier I used simultaneously. I checked the connection multiple times, was okay, but can't figure out what is actually wrong. Can you help me regarding this issue or what the problem might be?
