Well. It looks like a pay for play scheme. Kwame Kirkpatrick. Former mayor of Detroit got multiple years in Federal prison for the same. I don't understand. Why risk your freedom for a few million or in this case less than a million. If convicted. She could very well be in prison for the rest of her natural life.... SMH
