EDIT: Somehow the audio got shifted down a half step, so the lines are actually over concert G and Db triads. If you want to play along with the lesson, think of those major triads or shift the frets down by one.

Hey Chase, trying to wrap my head around how these are diminished lines? Seeing the major 3rd in the line is throwing me off. So let's say in key of C maj....for example 1 would be on what starting note?

What do you think about the fact each diminished scale of the 3 possible ones each share 4 keys and the 5 chord in each key can be moved in minor thirds 4 times before repeating? Is that something to do with the subdominants in each key? Interested to see what thoughts you may have.
