Did you know that Six Invitational winners don’t actually get to keep the hammer?

According to a tweet by TSM’s VP of esports, the team takes a picture with the real thing, and then hands it right back to Ubisoft. If the players want a keepsake of their victory, they can have a replica made - using their own funds, by the way.

Same for sport. You can raise the cup but you can't keep it. Most sport league gives winners a ring that you can keep.

Actually, thinking about it, actually makes sense, unlike boxing matches which are mostly 1v1's gaming tornies and their trophies are won by teams, and since they won by a team effort 1 of them can't take them home and the companies team can't also have it cause the players would be bitter about it

So this makes sense, also saves them money and the engraving just gets more names over time
