And if you add food dye to the solution, you get lightly coloured crystals. Colour intensity depends on the amount of food dye you add. (add more for deeper colour) I like to use purple food dye (mix red and blue if you don't have purple) to get a nice Amethyst like crystal.

Put lights underneath, seal with silicone and make your own fantastic garden. It is recommended to see it at night.
