Arachnophobia — The Fear of Spiders 😱🕷

Many people have requested this animation, and I’ve been meaning to create it for about three years now. If you’re not afraid of spiders, don’t worry—I’ve incorporated some trypophobia-inducing patterns as well. Perhaps I should have titled this animation ‘Arachnotrypophobia’—a perfect blend of fear and disgust.

Regarding trypophobia, there are heated discussions in the comments of some of my other animations. Let’s keep it civil. Some people enjoy exaggerating the discomfort they feel when they see hole patterns, and that’s perfectly okay. While trypophobia isn’t officially recognized as a mental disorder, it’s essential to acknowledge that some individuals do experience discomfort. However, it isn’t categorized as a phobia in the traditional sense.

What’s intriguing is that, like most phobias, trypophobia has a positive counterpart: trypophilia. Some people find these hole arrangements visually appealing or even soothing. What some fears, others love. This is also the case with spiders.

Out of all the monsters that he/she made, this has to be one of the scariest ones out there on their list. Keep up the good work!

Arachnophobia is the most common phobia out of all. Trypophobia is the fear or holes, making the victim get disgusted or fear the holes. The creator of the video decided to mix them up and create disgust in those who have these phobias. From what I heard, the creator calls this "Arachnotrypophobia" as the spider is a scary arachnid, also the holes are very disgusting. The creator keeps making devious, disgusting scenes.

tbh what i love about spiders is how some can be usually docile and intelligent, some also have pretty cool looking symbols on their abdomens or wherever
