The timing allowed the players who put pressure on coaching staff to not include CC. I blame the head coach who seems to dislikeCC on principle? Also the US will win gold either with CC or without. If they don’t win gold I don’t see any of these coaches on a national team again. Really, don’t they realize that most North Americans could not care to watch women’s WNBA? This is their opportunity to grow the sport without the league getting better. It is a very boring league with a few entertaining games. Only a couple ok teams. It’s like they don’t want money or they think they will get the men’s level of salary by… law suit? If it comes to that funding should be stopped. I don't care about ratings, I care about wins. If someone else was a better choice then so be it. If Clark was the best choice then boo for not picking her. It is supposed to be the best players representing our country, not the best ratings.

The intentionally had her play 11 games in 20 days in front load her schedule with all the best teams to make her look bad so she would not make this team
At one point Indiana had played the 11 games and some of the other teams had only played five
Now that she's playing a normal schedule like the rest of the league she's lighting it up but it was too late and they know it
