Toll, dass ihr durchgehalten habt 💪 Ich finde, dass ihr vorher schon einen gesunden "Glow" hattet! An glutenfreies Brot kann man sich gewöhnen (wenn man keine Alternative hat...). Ich habe mittlerweile ein paar gute Brötchen gefunden (von Alnavit), frisch aufgebacken sind die super. Generell sind die gf- Backwaren nur frisch getoastet genießbar, aber der Tipp kommt ja jetzt sowieso zu spät 😉 Ganz liebe Grüße aus Hannover.

I hope your mother will come back for more videos! Not because I don't like your regular videos - I love them - but I also really like the interaction.
Do you not like cooking at all? Or you don't like it because it's yet another thing to do on top of everything else (job, family, blog, exercise...)?

I laughed out loud at your Mum saying she'll be happy not having to eat gluten free bread! I agree that from what you said, your lifestyle was pretty good already so you probably aren't really the target audience. I have to be honest & say that I didn't see a huge difference between the photos but again I think it is because it wasn't a huge change for you, whereas someone who mainly eats junk/convenience foods would see a bigger difference. I really enjoyed this series xx
