Glue ups take extreme patience and you exhibited a job well done with that. Tightbond III is definitely the way to go to get that little bit longer set time. Reminds me of a person that is wrapped up after a Plastic Surgery procedure and when the bandages come it's beautiful. By the way, I received your post during a break from carving my first Spiral Conch that you've been graciously helping me with. Coming along great, but is tedious work. The end is near and hope to have a good post for the Wooden Shell Facebook page soon. Thanks for all the great video's....very enjoyable.

Well that turned out better than I expected. I like how just before you put the cling wrap stuff on it looked like the blue tape was falling off and it was all going to turn to custard and then in a few seconds it took much better shape. Nice project. Thanks for the vid. Cheers, David

Great performance Steve👀🤹‍♂️ I didn't think your hands would be big enough. Nor did I expect the initial blue tape to hold, what with all the wet glue nearby. But I was wrong. Love the dialog, esp. 'I'm scared' and the final 'Haha, That's how it's done 👍" I was thinking about a jig but jees, 120 pieces at once? No way. All I could imagining was a half rubber ball to get it nearly formed and then squeeze & bind as normal(?) So what's next 796 pieces the size of a bowling ball ? eh? Stay safe. -Mike

I must say Steve that that was quite the glue up. I don't think that I would have the patience to try & tackle that type of glue up. The end result is really great! Nice work as always...👍👍

Am I crazy to even attempt gluing 120 pieces together all at once? How would you have done it?
