I'm guessing that when people die in the backrooms they slowly become entities and that guy was in the middle of becoming one as well

A comment on the original video suggested a theory, which I agree with:
That this entity is in fact the man from the other side of the wall that Robbie was originally trying to talk to. When the man tries to cut through the wall, he screams, and seems to disappear somewhere. Because the backrooms is already known to warp time, it can be theorised that this man got warped into the past- meaning before Robbie even remotely came close to getting there. In the house, you see a shoe stuck in the ground, and multiple marks (blood? Bacteria?). To parallel this, the entity is limping and unbalanced, even crawling.
So it could absolutely be the sequence of events where:
Our mystery wall guy tries to break down the wall after hearing Robbie and trying to help him.
He gets sucked into the backrooms.
He’s there before Robbie even gets to the room- I’d estimate months.
Something happens to him with his foot- his shoe and foot become stuck in the ground, and it seems he has to cut it off to keep going.
He wanders for a long period of time, until the bacteria starts to infect him and turns him into an entity. His injury potentially could’ve hastened the infection process.
By the time he’s an entity, Robbie comes in and experiences a fraction of his past- he’s connected to the time in reality where this guy is still alive, and gets him to make the hole in the wall, ultimately leading to the entity that’s chasing him now.
Ironic.

It’s a mid transformation Bacteria human as it’s made similar noises like the Bacteria but has not fully transformed into one yet.

I personally think this is the bacteria trying to replicate a human rather than an undead human.

Everything in the backrooms is just an attempt at copying things from our reality, which becomes distorted in the process. It seems almost as if the Backrooms is somewhat sentient, kind of like an AI that grows exponentially.

The entity looks more human than the entities in Found Footage 1 and Found Footage 2. Since we’ve seen that the Backrooms is now able to create full urban environments, it may be getting better at copying elements from our world.

Kane himself said that the entities are not zombies, and you can see a blank human head forming in the ground at one point in the footage.

I don’t think it’s an entity, I think it’s someone who went insane while in the Backrooms

It's unlikely this is a new entity. It's probably just the same lifeform, but it looks different.

Aside from the new entity, I like the amount of variety with these environments, we started getting regions of yellow wallpaper that look similar with different architecture, but now we're getting entirely different looking rooms with weird items

i might be insane, but my running theory is that its some sort of mimic. the entyity is wearing a jacket, and a white shirt. ravi, or akaash or whoever is recording in ff3 is wearing the same outfit, you can see it in the beginning of ff3

Given how human that entity still looked, it might have been in the early stages of mutating before turning into the abstract monsters we saw in Found Footage 1 and 2

I can see black mold growth on it. Black Mold growth was also present on the corpse that Async scouts found. There is some sentient being dwelling in infinity.

I feel like maybe it’s the corpse of someone who died in the backrooms, but the bacteria is taking over like a hive mind/zombie. The autopsy report video kinda reminds me of this.

My theory is that this entity is replicating a person

In "Presentation", we see that A-Sync is trying to brand the backrooms into a habitable space, we see that A-Sync made a deal with the DOE, in the video, we see a man in a suit, his name is James Watkins, the former secretary of the DOE

He wears a yellow tie but the entity is seen wearing a red tie, yellow ties mean energy, but a red tie means strength, so this entity is possibly trying to overpower him

The thing is possibly headless, which probably means "a past that never dies, but always haunts the living"

I think he was a dead body that had just recently reanimated and was forming into a bacteria

I really like the cut out of the freeze frame because it gives a new perspective on how it was real time (the animation performance of Ravi realizing he has to get away is conveyed so well, and you couldn't tell with the freeze frame), so thanks a lot for that it really adds a lot to the video
It also makes me realize that the freeze frame was the right thing to do, as it makes the scene feel scarier and triggers more fear, and it is a really good subversion like, where else does that happen. Perfect way of introducing a new lifeform

Theory: the entity was could possibly be the protagonist from found footage 1 the bacteria did not infact swallow him whole but it probably took hìm to somewhere in the backrooms and left his body there his body was starting to gen infested with mold that was created by the bacteria and eventually he was turned into this entity this was definitely not the protagonist from found footage 2 since the protagonist was a female
