Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers are one of my most favorite bands! I love Tom!! I wanted to be Mrs. Tom Petty! LOL... I was a huge fan from the moment I heard "Breakdown" on the air and then had to have all of his albums, cassettes, cd's!! I love his southern style and he was such a gifted When I was about 12 I sent off a letter to their fan mail and they sent me back a letter with a "Heartbreaker" necklace and I still have it today!! I'm so grateful I got to see him live in Las Cruces, New Mexico. I love all of his songs but my most favs are "Even the Losers", "American Girl", "Here Comes My Girl", "Louisiana Rain", "Runnin' Down a Dream", "You're So Bad", "Magnolia", "Learning to Fly", "Into the Great Wide Open", and so many more! Yes, that is Jeff Lynne!! I love ELO as well!!

Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers were a great American rock band formed in 1976. They had a lot of great hits such as "Learning To Fly", "American Girl", "Refugee", "The Waiting", "Mary Jane's Last Dance", "Don't Do Me Like That", "You Got Lucky", "Change Of Heart", "I Need To Know", "Listen To Her Heart" etc. In 1989 Petty went solo & had quite a few hits such as "Free Fallin", "Runnin' Down A Dream", "A Face In The Crowd", "Yer So Bad etc. He was also part of the supergroup "Travelling Willburys" in 1988.

Ringo appears in the video only. Phil Jones was Tom’s drummer on his solo album Full Moon Fever. Ringo did play drums on To Find A Friend, on the Wildflowers album, and later on Hung Up and Overdue.
