Super Formula Lights races at Okayama in the Pony Express Sim Racing Open Wheel League on iRacing.

This is round 1 and 2 of the 2024 Season 1 of the iRacing Pony Express Sim Racing League Open Wheel 4 Amateurs Series on iRacing! Round 1 & 2 will be a 20 minute sprint races at the Okayama International Circuit. This series features the iRacing Dallara Super Formula Lights.

This is a Super Formula Lights class series. The PESR League is for drivers who have a 3.5K or less iRating and are looking for a competitive and fun sim racing open wheel series. The 2024 Pony Express Sim Racing League Open Wheel 4 Amateurs Series will feature the Super Formula Lights open wheel car. Super Formula Lights is the final step that drivers face on the Super Formula ladder before heading into the top-level series. The series will feature Dallara’s 324. The current Super Formula Lights car is a successor to the 320 model that the series featured over the previous four years. Aside from chassis and aerodynamic upgrades, the new car sees a big departure from years past as it moves to the first spec engine in series history. It features a turbocharged, three-cylinder, 1.6-liter Toyota TGE33 engine developed by TOM’S, capable of producing roughly 275 horsepower.
