Not sure what the people who didn't like this were smoking!
THANK YOU for this tutorial. I looked around the web for a way to get the Input type=file to format and nothing was as clear as yours. Thank you for the link to the code as well. It works beautifully.

Pretty good except for one little thing, the user can't see the attached file!!!!

That makes it a silly exercise in futility.
