sir, where these file is stored ? local storage or any cloud ?

For example if the form there are two other fields like issueDate, expiryDate and one this input file field, so if I put issueDate, expiryDate and select file. So let say I have selected five file with issueDate and expiryDate separately and preview in table like you have preview, So at the end when I click on submit button then how to pass all these files with related issue and expiry date in jQuery array and then pass it to laravel controller for saving. Please how to do this.

I have I form with three input fields, one is issueDate, 2nd is expiryDate and 3rd is file filed and there
are two buttons one ADD and second one is submit. So I want when I put data in all fields and click on add button
then first I preview this data in table. So finally when I click I submit button then I want to send
each file with his issue and expiry date through Ajax to Laravel Controller.

and also a problem was arise : the uploaded file can not be open in web page

How did the extension .pdf's p became capital without writing anything in the code for it. It works and i wrote the same thing watching you but how? .jpg becomes Jpg how?
