Just finished my first run in these this morning, a bit firm under foot and as tight as I locked down they did loosen up a touch. I’m excited for what will become in runs to come.

From the very quick shots of you running it looks like you're enjoying your run in them. I've just bought a pair but need to wait a little while before they'll arrive. Had a lot of problems with my Boston 11's, caused a lot of pain and damage to my feet, but weirdly at the same time they're what really made me start to enjoy running. I previously had the Asics Gel Nimbus 24's and they're "objectively better", yet it was the Boston 11s that made me enjoy running and start going long distance doing several solo 25km runs. I'm hoping that the problems I had with the 11s are gone with the 12s. Also, I think that the new layout of the Continental rubber is going to allow me to use these shoes even longer. I hit 800km in the 11s and I could probably still take them to 1, 000km, but given the problems they've given me I'm just going to use the Adizero SLs I have until my 12s arrive.

I find it very versatile even without that much mileage on the shoe. Been using them for mile pace stuff on the track and speedier long runs

Bit of a marmite shoe IMHO. Some seen to love them and even refer to them as a "super trainer" but is that just as they are a bit lighter and softer than the 10/11. Personally bit meh especially as I have several more "super" shoes from adidas and say the Speeds are still lot lighter and softer but as a do it all shoe can see why has appeal.
