People are missing the point of this video. This is just showcasing that Nolan already had interest in doing an Oppenheimer movie, this line right here is no coincidence. He had more than likely been recently reading up on Oppenheimer during production of Tenet, found his story to be fascinating and wanted to do a movie on him, but was already in production on Tenet.

That being said, this is still a reference to Oppenheimer the real life person, so the title still stands. It's not necessarily a reference to the movie.

It is said Robert Pattinson gave Christopher Nolan a book about Oppenheimer whilst filming TeneT, so this maybe why he has some lines mentioning him in the movie
