Ukraine War: Zelenskyy offers to release Russian prisoners in exchange for safe passage

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has offered to release Russian prisoners of war in exchange for the safe passage of civilians and Ukrainian troops from Mariupol.
