NECA did two versions of the Mirage Comics Fugitoid, signature edition and regular, there's a card inside the signature edition one signed by Kevin Eastman, that's why it's so much more expensive and has a different looking packaging.

Got us with the click bait. ZERO YUGIOH PRODUCTS ARE FROM 1996. All yugioh products in English are from 2002 or later. They just all have the trademark date of 1996 for the brand listed on everything. Even the newest set of cards from 2022 still say 1996 on them.
