just to clarify, hindi lahat ng VA six digits ang sahod.. these VAs started way back before pandemic, have premium clients, and with expertise.. if you are starting just now, you can expect $3-$5/hr through a VA agency.. you can also work independently as a freelancer pero it will take a lot of time and rejections to find a good client.. VA here for more than a year up to 40k per month, hindi ganun ka laki ang sahod pero work from home so okay na

Freelancing will surely kill the BPO industry in the next years.

Sa BPO kasi, sobrang binarat ng outsourcing company ang worker. Based on my experience ito.

An outsourcing company is charging a client of thousands of dollars pero ang nakakarating nalang sa employee is super baba nalang like mga 20k sa isang call center agent.

Freelancing is indeed a game-changer. Goodbye nalang talaga sa BPO soon.

Parang ilagay mo lang sarili mo sa may ari ng company as a business, pero this time ikaw din yung empleyado, pano magmemaintain ng client ang isang company owner. Tapos kailangan din galingan. Kudos sa mga VAs at freelancers.

Work from home here halos 200k sweldo per month as of now. I can help my friends and relatives who are kapos sa pera. Go work from home para narin makatulong sa mahihirap

Mayrose Ganzon is not only doing VA anymore, she is a coach/content creator targeted to VAs, so her 6-digit salary is from multiple sources of online work/business.

Not being negative but qualifications are high, the actual job itself needs a lot of skill, high supply, medium to low demand = high competition, not for average Filipinos

Mababa yung $7 per hour dito sa US, pero mataas na yan para sa Philippines. Between $15 to $20 per hour ang basic dito sa US. No wonder nag source out ang US business sa Philippines kasi cheap labor cost lang ang binabayad nila. Malaking tipid ito para sa mga business owners dito.

Grabe. Ang layo talaga ng halaga ng pasahod compare sa ibang bansa.

This is true. It's like outsourcing business. For me I can earn 200-350K/month as a High-end Freelance Retoucher and Designer at the comfort of my room.
