Probably the best review I've seen so far. I've been using my series 2 for 5 days (my first smart watch) and I gotta say it's pretty awesome! I haven't seen the "stand up and stretch" notification once though.
What was that sleep app you used? I have Sleep Cycle Alarm Clock on my phone but there's no Apple Watch companion for it.
