Years ago we had a big surf event and it washed up several lobster traps with live lobsters in them! We immediately went and got a pound of butter and called some friends and had ourselves a lobster fest! It was so fresh and good.

We lived half a block from the Pacifica Pier for 22 years and witnessed changes over that time. 2014 was the year 4 dead whales washed up on the beach just south of the Pier. It was then we decided to move to higher ground.
