Is it so superior to dragon? I think it depends. Will they take first tower? Will the team commit and wont die for the dragon? I dont see it as white and black as you guys do. I think you got to play to your strong lines is not a matter of always picking one or another

This is what i use for Ashe and is not popular cuz in u need 2 items for dealing some damage and since classic Stormrazor and infinity edge are far superior as 2 item people prefer that, but when u get the runan thing are AMAZING specially with the weakness rune.

Vex is better fizz imo, her strength is just able to go directly into backline with proper angle, and its even further than fizz, bigger hitbox, and better utility
