These are the warm-up exercises that Karate practitioners do every day.
It is taught by Kinjo Sensei, a well-known Goju-ryu Karate master.
Some of the movements are based on Goju-ryu breathing.
Please try to incorporate this into your daily Karate practice. Ossu!

I took goyu ryu for 20 years from sensi Kunio Sugata in Alameda California. Near San Francisco California. I am 71 years old .. it’s been a while ago, but I am starting back, thank you

Thank you very much for this! My sensei closed down his dojo and as someone who's been doing karate for 13 years i cant just quit and stop doing it.

Only 3 weeks out of knee surgery but your videos are helping so much. Thank you. It’s been over 10 years since my dojo shut down, I’ve got 10 years invested into Goju Ryu so it’s tough to give up on it. Plus I wouldn’t be half the person I am today without it so I’m extremely thankful. Even though I’m still in crutches, training restarts today. Thank you again.

Gratitude for this video. I studied a different but also traditional form of Goju Ryu and your video is assisting me return to form. The minor differences between Goju schools are interesting even in the Daruma. Thank you!

Thank You for the exercises It's just what I needed I'm 72 years old and so out condition: stiff, poor balance, weak legs and joints, I believe this will help me.
