Haven't watched your videos in a while but still respect your product opinions. Recently entered the market for a ferro rod and like that this brand's offering is of middle hardness. Also keen on this model is how the lanyard doubles as a handle.

I’ve been begging for my lighter to fail so I have a real need of using my ferro rod. Mmmmm…. Have not been lucky so far. Maybe I’ll travel to Alaska end expose my lighter to the cold instead of having it in my shirt pocket. Or maybe we’ll get lucky and some unforeseen cataclysm falls upon humanity….
