Hi, can we use company funds to appoint a liquidation firm? Or is that a miss use of capital? Thank you.

Today i had a pleasure to found your channel. You are great in explain quite complex matters. Thanks a lot for your time.

Now a silly question of mine. How to liquidate a limited company taking out the assets lets say 100k the most official way.
Don't have any dept, no bb scheme and i do exist 7 years on the market, no employees left, just active director.
Company struggling for some time now as the took most of my clients and the new one cant afford my services, gaps between are longer then contracts. My purpose is simply to save as much as possible, however the time is also important. I don't want to be chained for long.
Is there any place that can be sold for the value of the assets ? How business assets disposal works?
How about Director loans, dividends, salary as a long term combination? or Should i stick to MVL as the best choice?
It was never a plan however i cant use that company operating in Europe. please advice.

How do I get my money back from a company that’s gone into liquidation? Feel like I’ve been had over. New born baby on the way and the company selling me a pram owes me £1000
