India's population control is actually not that bad. Many states like Kerela Tamil Nadu Andhra pradesh Haryana Punjab have almost controlled population growth. Population still grows in these states but at a replacement rate. There are only a few states that have less population control. which is only about 4 states. Uttar pradesh, Bihar, Madhya pradesh, Rajasthan. But the problem is they have about 50% of our population. India's population will stabilise only around 2050 with a population of more than 1.6-1.7 billion. So no matter what we do this cant be stopped unless we are taken over by China overnight and 1 child policy is enforced.
