Imagine this...at the beginning a submersible named the Titan loses contact with the crew and starts to plunge into the dark depths of the sea.
Then a crew has to travel through the unknown depths and all these terrifying creatures (that actually exist) to retrieve them.

Monterey bay aquarium has bloody belly comb jelly and giant isopods on display in their into the deep exhibit. Everyone should go check it out if they can. You can even pet the isopods.
