Another week of UW Saddle Up has officially come to a close! While new opportunities, challenges, and adventures are in store – our incoming freshman class is ready for success!

Saddle Up introduces students to the demands of college coursework and helps them develop critical thinking, planning and study skills necessary for future success. This program also offers students a look into the experience of an academic semester, including time management for academic success, student wellness, connection with classmates, participation in a week-long course and much more.

It was an honor and a privilege to be invited as a former Wyoming alum and guest to Saddle Up 2024. Truly enjoyed participating and attending the various sessions and events, sharing insights, perspectives and interacting with a very excited and enthusiastic Wyoming freshman class.
